Transitioning to New Stewardship After 52 Years

After more than five decades in the dance community, Discount Dance is beginning an exciting new chapter. We are transitioning to new ownership and preparing to move to a new platform. What is the fabric?
Is the fabric for this skirt cotton, a cotton/polyester blend? Is there shrinkage?
This item is made out of 100% polyester. We recommend following care instructions as per on the skirt to ensure durability: Hand wash only, use only non-chlorine bleach, lay flat to dry, do not wring. There should be no shrinkage.

Available Colours
The main page listing,the photos for this indicates there is a beige/light brown option available for all lengths, but the color selection drop down doesn't include it--is it available in that color?

The Elastic Waist Character Skirt is only sold by length. What is the waist measurement for this ite
The waist measurement on this skirt is 21 inches at rest and 30 inches at max.
